Kimi K3 Will Be Free on Zyloo for Seven Hours on July 18

Zyloo is making Kimi K3 completely free for seven hours on July 18, 2026. Here are the exact start times, U.S. time-zone conversions, and what to test during the event.

Kimi K3 Will Be Free on Zyloo for Seven Hours on July 18

Zyloo is opening the gates to Kimi K3 for a limited seven-hour free-access event on Saturday, July 18, 2026.

For that window, anyone can visit Zyloo.io and use Kimi K3 without paying. Zyloo says a notification will appear on the site when the model becomes free.

When Kimi K3 Goes Free

The event begins at the following local times:

  • China: 12:00 AM
  • Japan: 1:00 AM
  • Central Europe: 5:00 PM
  • United Kingdom: 4:00 PM
  • New York: 11:00 AM
  • Los Angeles: 8:00 AM

The free-access period lasts for seven hours, which means the U.S. window runs from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central, and 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Pacific.

Why This One Is Worth Watching

Kimi K3 launched on July 16 as Moonshot AI’s new flagship model. It is a 2.8-trillion-parameter model with native vision and a 1-million-token context window, built for coding, long-horizon reasoning, research, document work, and agentic workflows.

For the complete model breakdown, including benchmarks, architecture, API access, and official Hermes Agent support, read my full Kimi K3 launch coverage.

That makes this seven-hour promotion more useful than a typical free-trial coupon. It gives people a concentrated window to test a newly released frontier model on real workloads without first committing to API spend.

A few good ways to use the window:

  • Test Kimi K3 against a real coding task or repository
  • Feed it a large document set and evaluate its 1-million-token context window
  • Compare its answers with another frontier model on the same prompts
  • Try a research workflow that requires browsing, synthesis, and structured output
  • Run it through an agentic workflow and see how reliably it follows tools and multi-step instructions

Moonshot AI has been moving quickly on coding models in particular. Its previous release, Kimi-K2.7-Code, arrived as an open-source coding model with a 256K context window and reduced reasoning-token usage.

Because the clock is strict, it is worth preparing prompts and files in advance. Seven hours can disappear quickly once the model starts chewing through a large project.

How to Access It

Visit Zyloo.io during the event window. Zyloo says the site will display a notification when Kimi K3 becomes free.

The offer is temporary and ends after seven hours, so this is very much a set-the-alarm situation.

Thanks to Jacoby Coffin for the tip that put this event on my radar.
